Why the firm exists

The brief for a finance website is not the brief for a B2B SaaS site. The brief for a research publisher's subscriber programme is not the brief for a DTC consumer launch. Yet most agencies offer the same playbook to all of them — conversion-rate copy, generic content calendars, and reporting that obscures more than it reveals.

Network Media was founded to close that gap. The firm exists to give regulated finance operators a digital partner who understands what a 13F filing is, why a fund prospectus is not a marketing asset, and why compliance considerations reshape every piece of work before it ships. The premise is simple: the standard institutional capital expects from its lawyers, auditors, and prime brokers should also apply to its digital partners.

The firm operates from Nevis with a distributed team. Engagements are run by people who have worked inside the firms they now serve — not by a junior account team with a finance-themed deck.

What we hold to

Rigour

Every deliverable is treated as if it will be read by a regulator, an LP, and a competitor on the same day. Drafts are reviewed against the compliance perimeter before they reach the principal — never after.

Discretion

Client work is anonymised by default. We don't publish logo walls, we don't trade on testimonials we haven't cleared in writing, and we treat every engagement as if the NDA covers the existence of the engagement itself.

Independence

Reporting is owned by the client, not gated behind agency software. Tools we recommend are the tools we'd choose if we were the principal. We don't take referral fees from vendors, and we say so when a piece of work isn't ours to do.

Network Media is registered in the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, with its registered office at TDC Plaza, Suite 1, Main Street, Charlestown. The firm is a private operating company, not a regulated financial services provider — we provide marketing and digital operations services only.

Client engagements span eight jurisdictions across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Where an engagement requires jurisdiction-specific compliance review, that work is coordinated through the client's own counsel; we do not provide legal or regulatory advice in any market.
